By accessing or using the CABIER Consulting platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CABIER Consulting provides a GRC-as-a-Service platform including:

• Regulatory intelligence and monitoring
• Compliance assessment tools
• Policy management features
• Educational content and certification preparation
• AI-powered compliance assistance
• Consulting and advisory services

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Transmit malware or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CABIER Consulting and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CABIER Consulting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Level Agreement

For Enterprise customers, we provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Service credits will be issued for downtime exceeding this threshold. Details are provided in your Enterprise agreement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
