    Financial Flow Intelligence

A malicious campaign against the financial system need not look like an attack. It can look like thousands of individually legitimate events: unusual routing, coordinated account behaviour, liquidity moving between institutions, settlement delays, abnormal withdrawal patterns, changes in correspondent behaviour, synchronised fraud attempts and abnormal wallet activity.

Individually, each signal sits below its own institution's threshold. Collectively, they can form a signature. This layer is built to see the second thing.

Published as reference architecture. Every figure in the demonstrator is a defined synthetic sample. Cabier operates no live financial surveillance.

    The flow graph

A relationship model of the ecosystem rather than a transaction store. These are the objects and the edges between them are the point.

What is ingested, and what is not

    • Cabier does not require every transaction in the world. That is neither possible nor lawful, and it would be the wrong design.
    • The layer ingests permissioned signals and telemetry from participating institutions and infrastructure providers, anonymised or aggregated where the arrangement requires it.
    • What is built is a resilience model of the system: dependencies, flows, vulnerabilities and behaviour. It is not a copy of anyone's transaction ledger.
    • The output is always an explanation and an escalation. Cabier detects, correlates, explains and escalates. It does not shut anything down.

The killer question is what changed

Asked continuously, in this order, because the answer to each one changes which of the others matters.

    01

    What is different from yesterday?

    02

Is that difference normal for this participant, this corridor, this hour?

    03

Is it correlated with other differences elsewhere?

    04

Could it propagate, and along which dependency?

    05

What controls exist on that path, and what state are they in?

    06

What evidence supports that assessment, and how fresh is it?

    07

What happens if the condition persists for one hour, six hours, 24 hours?

    The Financial Systemic Resilience Score

Twelve dimensions rather than a single number. The executive receives one systemic position; the analyst drills into the graph beneath it.

    When AI holds financial authority

Increasingly, a payment is not initiated by a person. The assurance question is whether the whole chain operates inside authorised, resilient and observable boundaries.

Cabier does not predict financial crises and does not claim to. It identifies emerging deviations, correlations, concentrations and propagation patterns that may indicate systemic stress or coordinated disruption, states its confidence, shows its derivation and escalates to human authority.

Four acts across a synthetic ecosystem of eleven participants, from an ordinary day to a stated blast radius.
