The Executive Command Centre
Executives are rarely short of dashboards. They are short of a single defensible answer to a simple question: what is our position right now, and what would we be able to show if we were asked tomorrow. This is that answer, assembled from the objects themselves.
It reads the Trust Graph, runs the Decision Fabric across every live action, and states where the C01–C24 control spine is thin. Nothing is estimated and nothing is smoothed.

Why it is built this way
One position, not six reports
The graph, the fabric and the control spine are read from the same objects at the same moment. A board is not asked to reconcile three decks that were assembled on different days.
Every figure traces down
Each number on this page resolves to a node, an edge or a gate reading. There is no roll-up that cannot be opened, and no index whose composition is a matter of trust.
Built to be handed to a supervisor
The same view a chief executive uses on a Monday is the view an examiner is shown, because the underlying evidence does not change between audiences.
