The open standard layer beneath the Tokenization Control OS. Five published components, one Swiss-association foundation, and a certification programme designed for regulators, FMIs, technology vendors, and institutional issuers.
The Protocol's CDS / CEF / COM / CTRE primitives map natively to the L1 settlement, custody, and stablecoin layers already in institutional production.
Core data model for Tokenized_Asset, Smart_Contract, Vendor, Regulation, Control, Evidence_Object, Incident — JSON Schema + OpenAPI 3.1, Apache 2.0.
Cryptographically anchored compliance evidence record — SHA-256 hashing, on-chain or immutable-log anchoring, regulator-side verification method.
Open methodology for the Operational Resilience Score — domain weighting, data inputs, normalisation formula, threshold definitions.
Beta YAML-based DSL for machine-readable regulatory obligations. Reference parser plus example libraries for MiCA, DORA and EU AI Act.
IVMS101 extension covering cross-chain bridge transfers, XRPL native transfers, and multi-leg tokenised asset movements.
CTRI is the public-facing data product produced by the Protocol. It is currently in restricted beta and is explicitly not a tradeable index. Distribution agreements with terminal providers and central-bank licensing are negotiated under the Cabier Foundation.
Aggregate operational resilience benchmark across Protocol participants. The CTRI Headline is a composite of ORS scores, AML alert rates, smart contract anomaly rates, and regulatory gap indicators. All values shown on this preview surface are illustrative.
Founding institutional sponsors and regulator participants are added by invitation. Working sessions cover the Protocol charter, the certification programme, and Foundation governance.
