Decision Fabric · Agentic finance
Authority before signature.
An autonomous agent proposes a transaction. Twelve gates evaluate identity, authority, policy, asset, counterparty, financial crime, sanctions, code, chain, limits, resilience and evidence before returning a recorded disposition.
Proposed transaction
A pre-signature disposition. No asset moves until the institutional record supports it.
01 · Identity
The proposing agent and signing principal are strongly identified.
02 · Authority
The mandate, accountable owner and transaction ceiling are current.
03 · Policy
The purpose and asset class sit inside approved institutional policy.
04 · Asset
The instrument, issuer and rights are registered and understood.
05 · Counterparty
The recipient, beneficial owner and venue are approved.
06 · Financial crime
AML and transaction-monitoring controls are operating.
07 · Sanctions
Sanctions screening is current across all relevant jurisdictions.
08 · Contract code
The deployed hash matches independently reviewed code.
09 · Chain
The network, bridge, oracle and validator dependencies are within appetite. This gate requires allow with conditions.
10 · Limits
Value, velocity and aggregate exposure remain inside named ceilings.
11 · Resilience
Failure, pause, recovery and reversal paths are tested.
12 · Evidence
The decision, inputs, approvals and proof can be independently reproduced.
Demonstration scenarios only. The full gate bindings and institutional control library remain in the engagement environment.
